Application of Yisen Vehicle Dust Collector

2022-07-20

A dust collector is a device that separates dust from flue gas, called a dust collector or dust removal equipment. The performance of the dust collector is expressed in terms of the amount of gas that can be handled, the resistance loss when the gas passes through the dust collector, and the dust removal efficiency. At the same time, the price, operation and maintenance costs, service life and difficulty of operation and management of the dust collector are also important factors to consider its performance. Dust collectors are commonly used facilities in boilers and industrial production.

A dust hood is set up at each place where dust is generated, and the dust-containing gas is transported to the dust removal device through the pipeline gas path. After gas-solid separation is performed in the dust removal device, the dust is collected in the dust removal device, and the clean gas is introduced into the main pipe or The whole set of equipment that is directly discharged into the atmosphere is the dust removal system, and the dust collector is an important part of the system. From the perspective of ventilation and dust removal, dust is all small solid particles that can exist in the air in a floating state for a long time. A dust collector is a device that separates such small solid particles from aerosols.

According to the principle of action, dust collectors can be divided into the following types:

      1. Dry mechanical dust collectors mainly refer to dust removal equipment designed by the application of dust inertia and gravity, such as sedimentation chambers, inert dust collectors, cyclone dust collectors and other high-concentration dust collectors, mainly for high-concentration coarse particle size dust used for separation or concentration.

      2. The wet dust collector is a dust removal device that separates and captures dust particles by relying on water, such as spray towers, scrubbers, impact dust collectors, venturis, etc., to deal with high concentrations and large air volumes that occur in the production process. It is used more in dusty gas occasions. For coarser, hydrophilic dust, the separation efficiency is higher than that of dry mechanical dust collectors.

      3. The particle layer dust collector uses the accumulation layer of granular materials of different particle sizes as the filter material to block and filter the dust contained in the aerosol. It is mainly used in the dust discharge point in the production process of building materials and metallurgy, and is often used to filter dusty flue gas with high concentration, coarse particles and high temperature.

      4. Bag-type dust collector, the filter is a dust removal device with fiber woven fabric or filling layer as the filter medium. Its use, form, dust removal air volume scale and effect efficiency have a wide range. It is mainly used for capturing For places with fine dust, it is applied to the exhaust dust removal system and the air intake system. In recent years, due to the continuous development of new filter materials, the development of fiber filtration technology has also accelerated, new products continue to appear, and the application fields are also expanding.

      5. The electrostatic precipitator is to introduce the dust-laden airflow into the electrostatic field. Under the action of the high-voltage electric field, the gas is ionized to generate electrons and positive ions, which move to the positive and negative poles respectively. When the dust particles flow through the working electric field The negative charges are removed at a certain speed to the settling plates with the opposite sign of their negative charges, and settle down there, so as to escape from the airflow and be collected in the electrostatic precipitator. This kind of dust collector has high dust removal efficiency, low resistance and convenient maintenance and management. It has the same effect as the bag filter in capturing fine dust particles.
